We produce Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Rosé from grapes grown in our Boutique Vineyard overlooking Lake Hayes, and our cellar is stocked with a superb selection of wines, beers and spirits. We can guide you through the entire event planning process, helping bring your vision to life. From arranging gourmet food, to a venue, music, photography and more, Alpine Cuisine cater weddings, anniversaries, corporate functions, conferences, incentive events, gala dinners, special themed events and workshops ... at your place or ours.
